Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Grezorea and govern your use of the Grezorea Team Chat Android application (the "App"), the website at team.grezorea.com (the "Site"), and the related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is offered only to Grezorea employees, contractors, and other authorized personnel. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are such an authorized user and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate Grezorea business purposes. You will not, and will not permit others to, use the Service: - To transmit, store, or share any content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, hateful, violent, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a professional workplace. - To disclose or share any Grezorea trade secret or confidential information in violation of Grezorea internal policies, or any third-party confidential information you are not authorized to disclose. - To infringe or misappropriate any person's or entity's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights. - To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, network, server, or system associated with the Service or any third party. - To introduce malware, viruses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful or malicious code or material into the Service or the network infrastructure supporting it. - To use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, phishing, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation. - To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

The Service uses Grezorea-issued accounts managed by your workspace administrator. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: - Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person. - Use only your own account; do not impersonate or attempt to access any other person's account. - Notify your workspace administrator immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account, or any other security breach. Your administrator may revoke or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice or explanation.

You retain any ownership you have in the content (messages, files, images, recordings, and other material) you submit through the Service, and you grant Grezorea a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display such content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit any content through the Service and to grant the license above, and that such content does not violate any law or third-party right. Administrators may, in their sole discretion, monitor, review, retain, access, or delete content for security, support, compliance, or legal-hold purposes.

The Service supports voice and video calls between authorized users. In some cases, a call participant may explicitly initiate a recording of the call. You acknowledge that calls may be recorded when a recording control is shown to participants, and you consent to recording of any call you join that displays a recording indicator. Recordings are treated as Service content and are subject to the same content, retention, and administrator-access rules described in these Terms and the Grezorea Privacy Policy.

When you install and use the Grezorea Team Chat Android application, the App may request access to certain device capabilities (such as camera, microphone, and notifications) only to deliver the specific features described in the Grezorea Privacy Policy. Each such access is triggered only by your explicit action (e.g., joining a video call), and you can revoke any permission at any time via your device Settings > Apps > Grezorea Team > Permissions. Doing so may disable the features that depend on that permission, but will not prevent you from using other parts of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While Grezorea aims for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. Grezorea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice to you, except where prohibited by law.

As between you and Grezorea, Grezorea and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual or industrial property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service — only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms during the period your account remains active and authorized.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Grezorea, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or any of its or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service. In no event will Grezorea's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Grezorea (if any) for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grezorea, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other personnel, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service other than as authorized in these Terms; or (c) any infringement or misappropriation by you or any other person using your account of any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any person or entity.

Grezorea may revise and update these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. Material changes will be reflected by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes (for example, through an in-app notice or by email, where appropriate). Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

Your right to access and use the Service automatically terminates if your Grezorea account or authorization is deactivated or revoked. Grezorea may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or any specific account, at any time, with or without cause or notice, if, in Grezorea's reasonable judgment, you have violated these Terms, you have engaged in conduct that could expose Grezorea or other users to risk, or such action is required for legal or security reasons. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any action or suit arising hereunder may be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Islamabad, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
